Meta Ads, minded by an AI agent

Campaign performance, creative fatigue and budget pacing across Facebook and Instagram, read through the official Meta API and changed only with your approval.

What it watches on Meta

Frequency creeps, cost per result follows, and the account looks fine until the week it does not. The agent reads the trend, not the snapshot, and learns what your winning ads had in common.

Changes that wait for approval

Pauses, budget shifts and duplications are drafted with the reasoning attached and held for your yes. Approve from chat in one tap, or ask the agent to explain first.

Meta built the socket

Meta now ships an official ads MCP: one authorisation and your chat can read and write the account. The socket is solved. Clawnify adds the worker holding it: schedule, memory, approvals.

How to set up meta ads, minded by an ai agent on Clawnify

  1. Point it at the account

Tell your agent which Meta ad accounts it minds and the results that matter: cost per lead, return on ad spend, frequency ceilings.

  2. Connect Meta Ads

Authorise with OAuth from the integrations page; every call runs through the official Meta API.

  3. Set the watch

Pick the pacing cadence and the thresholds that should trigger a message rather than wait for a question.

  4. Approve the drafts

Every pause, budget shift or new campaign waits as a proposal until you say yes.

Questions we get asked

What is the Meta Ads MCP?

Meta Ads MCP is Meta's official server that lets AI products like Claude and ChatGPT work an ad account in natural language: reporting, campaign creation and edits, catalogs, custom audiences, signal health. It went into open beta in spring 2026 and opened to every developer that summer. It is the socket, and it is a good one. What it does not bring is the worker: nothing runs while the chat is closed, and nothing holds a change for review. That is the half Clawnify ships.

Does it cover Instagram as well as Facebook?

Yes. A Meta Ads account spans Facebook and Instagram placements and reporting covers both, so feed, Stories and Reels placements show up in the same numbers without separate setup.

What can it read from the account?

Ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and their insights: spend, results, cost per result, frequency, and how each of those moved over time. If you would pull it from Ads Manager, you can ask for it in a sentence.

Will it create new campaigns?

It drafts them. Structure, audience, budget and schedule arrive as a proposal you approve before anything goes live, and creative direction stays with you.

Do I need this for one small campaign?

Probably not. One campaign and a modest budget do not need minding; a weekly glance at Ads Manager covers it. The agent earns its place when ad sets multiply, creative rotates weekly and the account is one of several things on your plate. It is also not a creative team: it tells you which ad is tiring, and what replaces it is still your call.
