Take every booking. Even the ones that arrive at 11pm.
Booking software for a small business, built as an AI agent: it answers the enquiry where it lands, puts it in the one diary you already keep, sends the reminder and the deposit link, and refills the slot when somebody drops out.
Where the bookings actually get lost.
The enquiry that never becomes a booking
It lands as a message at 9pm and gets a reply at lunch the next day. By then they've booked with whoever answered first.
The diary that exists three times
A booking page, a chat tool and a paper diary each think they are the truth. Then two clients turn up for the same Saturday slot.
Nobody refills the empty slot
One no-show is an evening's takings. A deposit softens it and a reminder prevents some of it, but the money only comes back when the slot gets refilled.
An AI worker that runs the diary.
An agent that talks to your clients, keeps the calendar, and tells you every morning what it booked and what it couldn't.
Answer last night's enquiries and book the ones that are ready
The user wants every overnight enquiry answered, the diary checked, and anything bookable booked with a reminder set… Check Calendar 1Nine enquiries overnight. Six are booked with reminders set, two are waiting on a deposit, one needs you.

Purpose & Philosophy
Every strategy we build connects the work to the people who actually see it. We are not generalists who happen to work here — we are the people who do the work.
The method is the same whoever the client is: research, structured planning, and real-time correction, with both the experience and the number it moves in mind.

Every channel books into the same diary.
Answers where the enquiry arrives WhatsApp, email or the form on your site. It replies in your words within the minute, checks what's free, and offers the next two open slots.
Your calendar stays the only one Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, one source of truth. It can't double-book, because there's only one diary to check.
Reminds, takes the deposit, refills the slot The reminder goes the day before. If you take deposits, the link travels with the confirmation, and a cancellation is offered to the waitlist before you've even seen it.
An AI appointment setter does more than hold the slot.
It qualifies before it books It tells the customer what the visit covers and what it costs, then books the right length for the right service.
Escalations wait for you A refund request, a client moving a deposit-paid slot, anything outside your rules comes to you with the context. Nothing is promised until you've said yes.
It tells you what happened Bookings taken, no-shows, slots refilled and the enquiries that went cold, in one message every morning.
Salons book nothing like clinics do.
Some of these call it booking and some call it scheduling. Same agent either way. Pick yours.

Someone answers at 2am, books the visit and explains what the callout covers.Field service and trades
Jobs scheduled and engineers routed, without anyone stuck on the phone.Restaurants
It confirms every table the day before and updates the floor plan as people change.Questions we get asked
What is booking software for a small business, on Clawnify?
An AI agent that takes the booking end to end. It answers the enquiry on WhatsApp, email or your website form, checks your calendar, offers open slots, confirms, sends the reminder and the deposit link, and refills the slot if the client cancels. You keep the diary you already use. The agent just works in it.
What is an AI appointment setter?
An agent that turns an enquiry into a booked appointment without a person in the loop. On Clawnify it qualifies the request first, tells the customer what the visit covers and what it costs, and books the right length for the right service. Anything outside the rules you've set, a refund or a moved deposit-paid slot, comes to you for a yes before anything's promised.
Is this booking software or scheduling software?
Same job, different word, and which one you use tends to follow your trade. Salons, clinics and restaurants book. Trades, classes and consultants schedule. The agent does both. What actually differs is the constraint on a slot: a class has a seat count, a callout has a travel window, a treatment needs a room and a person free at the same time. Tell your agent which of those applies to you and it stops offering slots that cannot happen.
Which calendars and channels does it work with?
Google Calendar through Google Workspace and Outlook through Microsoft 365 are built-in connections, so the agent reads and writes the diary you already keep. Enquiries can arrive by WhatsApp, email or a form on your website. If your clients write somewhere else, tell your agent and it will say what it can connect.
How does it stop double bookings?
By having one diary. Double bookings happen when a booking page, a chat assistant and a paper diary each keep their own version of Saturday. Here every channel books into the same calendar and the agent checks it before it offers a slot, so two clients can't be given the same time.
Can it take deposits and deal with no-shows?
It sends the deposit link from whichever payment provider you use, with the confirmation, and it won't mark the slot as secured until you say the deposit has arrived or your provider reports it. The reminder goes the day before. When a client cancels, the slot goes to your waitlist straight away. A no-show gets the same-day message you'd send yourself, in your words, so the rebooking happens while they still feel a bit bad about it.
Do I have to give up my current booking page?
No. Keep it if clients use it. The agent reads the same calendar, so a booking made on the page and a booking made by message land in one place. For most people the page ends up as one more channel rather than the front door.
What does it cost?
One subscription for the agent, its apps, integrations, channels and hosting, with AI usage passed through at cost. There's no per-booking fee and no percentage of the appointment, and you start on a free trial with a dedicated agent from day one.
When is this the wrong tool?
If you take a handful of bookings a week and a paper diary has never let you down, keep the diary. It earns its keep when enquiries arrive faster than you can answer them, when one no-show can spoil a day, or when more than one person is booking into the same calendar.
You do the work and the agent keeps the diary.
